Service Delivery Options
SCHEDULED STANDARD Scheduled Standard Services require a minimum two (2) days advanced notice for on-site arrival and is intended for services executed during normal business hours; 8:00AM to 5:00PM (local time) at the location where services are to be provided.
SCHEDULED NEXT-DAY Scheduled Next Day Services where on-site arrival is required during the next business day and during normal business hours; 8:00AM to 5:00PM (local time) at the location where services are to be provided.
Same Day Services may be requested at any time to address an immediate need. CentricsIT will use commercially reasonable efforts to arrive “as soon as possible” with targeted Service Level arrivals of four (4) hours. We can also provide custom SLA solutions tailored to your unique requirements and goals.
