Access for everyone

Accessibility statement

Paradise Technologies, Inc. is committed to making pti10.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies.

Last updated:

Our commitment

We work to provide an inclusive digital experience and to improve accessibility as our website, services, and content change. Accessibility is considered in our design, development, content, and maintenance work.

Our goal is to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where reasonably possible. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of visual, hearing, mobility, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Conformance status

Paradise Technologies is working toward conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Because pti10.com is continually updated and may include legacy pages, downloadable files, or third-party services, we do not claim that every part of the website is fully conformant at all times.

Need help accessing something? Contact us and tell us which page, feature, or document you need. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information through an accessible alternative.

Measures we take

Depending on the page and content, our accessibility practices include:

  • Using meaningful page titles, headings, landmarks, and semantic HTML.
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Using descriptive link and button text that communicates purpose.
  • Supporting keyboard access and maintaining visible keyboard focus.
  • Using readable text, sufficient color contrast, and layouts that respond to zoom and smaller screens.
  • Associating form fields with clear labels and providing understandable instructions.
  • Avoiding unnecessary motion and respecting reduced-motion preferences where supported.
  • Reviewing new and updated content for common accessibility barriers.

Browsers and assistive technology

pti10.com is intended to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, and with commonly used screen readers, magnification tools, speech-recognition software, and keyboard navigation.

Older browsers, unsupported operating systems, highly customized browser settings, or third-party extensions may affect how some pages operate.

Known and possible limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet provide an ideal accessible experience. Possible limitations include:

  • Older pages or documents created before current accessibility practices were adopted.
  • PDFs, office documents, videos, or archived material that may require additional remediation.
  • Third-party tools, embedded content, payment services, maps, or support platforms that we do not fully control.
  • Alternative text or captions that may need additional context or correction.

We review reported barriers and prioritize corrections based on their impact, the affected service, available technology, and the effort required to provide an effective solution.

Assessment approach

We assess accessibility through internal review, automated testing where appropriate, keyboard testing, responsive-layout testing, and feedback from website visitors. Automated tools can help identify problems, but they do not replace manual review or feedback from people using assistive technology.

Accessibility feedback and assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on pti10.com, need content in another format, or have a suggestion, please contact Paradise Technologies:

Please include the web address of the affected page, a short description of the problem, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, if known. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment-card information, or other sensitive information.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days and will work with you to identify a reasonable solution.
