Microsoft 365 includes familiar tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook alongside cloud services in eligible plans. Often called Office 365, the product family offers several editions. Can we keep our current email addresses?
Usually, yes, when your business controls the domain and the required accounts. We review domain access, mailboxes and DNS records before planning a migration and cutover.
Does Microsoft 365 replace a backup plan?
We recommend reviewing retention and recovery separately from the productivity subscription. We can discuss an independent backup solution and confirm which Microsoft 365 data it supports.
