What we can help with
A NAS can provide shared storage, but accounts, permissions and backups need attention. We help with setup and troubleshooting for supported systems, including Synology.
- Review users, groups and shared-folder permissions.
- Troubleshoot access from supported computers.
- Review storage status and notification settings.
- Discuss backup destinations, retention needs and a restore check.
Before your appointment
NAS model, software version, affected shares and the status of your existing backup. Do not send passwords by email.
$120/hour, prepaid
One-hour minimum; minimum prepaid charge $120. We agree on the scope and availability before payment. Equipment, licenses and physical installation are additional when required. Additional support time needs your approval.
