Support services

Help for the technology
you use every day.

Start with the problem, not the product name. We review your equipment and requirements before confirming what can be handled in your prepaid support time.

01 / NETWORK SUPPORT

Reliable connections
start with the details.

We help investigate how your devices connect, where performance changes and which settings may be getting in the way.

  • Wi-Fi dropouts, slow connections and coverage concerns
  • Router, switch and access point configuration
  • UniFi / Ubiquiti network review and troubleshooting
  • DHCP, DNS, addressing and connectivity problems
  • Guest networks, VLANs and firewall-rule review
  • VPN and remote-access configuration

Some changes can temporarily interrupt access. We discuss the impact and required access before making them.

02 / COMPUTER SUPPORT

Keep your workstation
ready for work.

Get assistance with supported Windows and Mac systems, business applications and common peripheral issues.

  • New computer setup and everyday configuration
  • Software installation and update troubleshooting
  • Slow performance and startup problems
  • Printer, scanner and peripheral connectivity
  • Account sign-in and authorized access issues
  • File access, synchronization and backup checks

Hardware repair, parts and data recovery may require a separate service or specialist.

03 / CONNECTED WORK

Email, files and access
that make sense.

We can help with the services that connect your people to their work, subject to the access and subscription features available.

  • Microsoft 365 email and Outlook troubleshooting
  • OneDrive and shared-file access
  • Synology NAS configuration and permissions
  • Backup configuration and recovery planning
  • Remote-work connectivity and VPN issues
  • Reviewing requirements before equipment purchases

Tell us the device models, software versions and account permissions you have. We confirm suitability before payment.

Remote or on site?

Match the approach
to the problem.

Remote support can be useful for software, configuration and troubleshooting when an authorized person can connect. It depends on a working connection and appropriate access.

Physical work needs a different plan.

Mounting access points, running cable, swapping failed equipment and hands-on repairs cannot be performed through a screen-sharing session.

If on-site help is needed, we discuss location, availability and scope separately. The prepaid support page does not automatically book a site visit.
