Prepaid Support Terms
Understand the service scope and obtain your written support agreement before payment.
Rate and authorization
Prepaid network and computer support is $120 per hour with a one-hour minimum, for a minimum prepaid charge of $120. The work, estimated time and payment arrangements must be agreed before a session begins. Additional time requires your approval.
Your written agreement
Before payment, ask Paradise Technologies to confirm billing increments beyond the minimum, scheduling, cancellations, unused prepaid time, refunds and any additional charges. These details belong in the quote or service agreement for your request.
Scope and results
Payment purchases agreed support time. Diagnosis may identify a need for equipment, a software license, another provider or further work. A complete resolution within one hour is not guaranteed. Hardware, licenses and physical installation are additional when required and agreed.
Access and data
You must have authority to approve work on the affected systems. Discuss backup status before changes. Provide only the access needed and do not send passwords or payment-card details through this website form.
Inquiries and external resources
The request form opens an email draft in your email application. It does not process payment or confirm an appointment. External resources operate under their own terms. Contact Paradise Technologies with questions before prepaying.
